honestly just wanted to leave some positive feedback since most of what i see here lately is complaints lol i've had a pretty good experience with sysinfo overall, the products themselves has some really nice features and when everything is working properly it's genuinely convenient obviously the recent updates and downtime have been annoying and i get why people are upset, i am too, honestly But software like this isn't always going to work perfectly, especially when things keep changing on the game's side, and we should understand that I also wanna give some appreciation to the staff because they've been pretty patient and helpful from what i've seen. even when they can't immediately fix something, some of them genuinely take the time to explain what's happening and try to help, (at least that has been the case for me :) ) not saying everything is perfect or that complaints aren't justified, just think the good experiences deserve to be mentioned too

The products I got were working fine before the latest patch. But please stop recruiting little kids like yKAI who act like children, troll and then delete the ticket so nobody can see what happened. I can’t even open another ticket because the text channel was deleted.
